Thank you for shopping at our store. Because we sell a combination of physical and digital products, our return and refund policies differ depending on the type of item purchased.
Physical Books and Merchandise
We accept returns for physical items under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks, Downloads)
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, all digital sales are final.
However, if you experience a technical issue with a download, please contact us and we will gladly help you access your purchase.
Signed or Personalized Books
Signed or personalized books are considered custom items and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined above.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
